DESCRIPTION:The NIHR Associate Principal Investigator (PI) Scheme is pleased to announce the Research Learning Lectures: a series of lectures for anyone in Health and Social Care interested in learning more about research. \nWhat are the Research Learning Lectures?\nThe Research Learning Lectures are a series of lectures covering a variety of topics relating to basic science\, clinical trial methodology and statistics. \nThe lectures provide career advice for anyone who wishes to know more about research or work towards a career in research or academia. \nAttendees will also have the opportunity to hear from and put questions to research experts from across the world. \nThe Research Learning Lectures have been developed by Dr Kiran Reddy and Queen’s University Belfast Critical Care & Respiratory Research Group and now also include lectures developed by Dr Sophie Merrick and The Medical Research Council Clinical Trials Unit (MRC CTU) at University College London (UCL). \nThe Research Learning Lectures are hosted by the NIHR Associate PI Scheme. \nWho are the Research Learning Lectures aimed at?\n\nCurrent Associate PIs\nAssociate PI Alumni\nHealth and Care professionals with an interest in learning more about research.\nThose with an interest in a career in Clinical Academia\n\nLecture title: CoReCCT as a research delivery concept in future \nDate & time: Thursday 30th July 2026\, 2:00pm – 3:00pm \nSpeaker: Prof Ranjit Lall (University of Warwick) \nChair: Holly Speight (NIHR Associate Principal Investigator Scheme Manager) \n  \nRegister on Eventbrite.
