SUMMARY:NIHR Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) Showcase
DESCRIPTION:The NIHR GOSH BRC is a collaboration between Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health. We are the only NIHR-supported Biomedical Research Centre solely focussing on paediatric research and founders of the Paediatric Excellence Initiative (PEI).  The PEI includes new collaborations with children’s hospitals across the UK (Alder Hey\, Birmingham\, and Sheffield Hospitals)\, through which we aim to transform the health of children\, and the adults they will become. \nThe event will feature rapid fire presentations from all our NIHR BRC themes: \n\nAccelerating Novel Therapies\nTissue engineering and regenerative medicine\nGene\, Stem and Cellular Therapies\nGenomic Medicine\nApplied Child Health Informatics\n\nWe have given significant space to: \n\nearly career researchers to share their work\npatient\, public and participant contributors to share their experiences\nnetworking space to talk to other researchers\, and interact with some of the tech’ we are researching\n\nLocation \nThe Wellcome Collection\, 215 Euston Rd\, London NW1 2BE \nRegistration  \nClick here to register to attend the BRC showcase 2025.
