SUMMARY:Oxford and BRC: Oxford Health Race inclusion in research workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Oxford and Oxford Health Biomedical Research Centres are holding a workshop for researchers and PPI staff to improve race inclusion in research. \nThe workshop will be from 10.30-3.30pm on 7th March 2024 at the Blavatnik School of Government\, 120 Walton St\, Oxford OX2 6GG. \nPlease fill out the following form if you would like to attend by Monday 19 February: https://forms.office.com/e/1jUsS6S9GS \nPlaces are limited – there are about 30 spaces for researchers and 15 for PPI leads. \nThis workshop will be led by facilitators from Open Edge. Training on the NIHR toolkits and guidance will be provided. There will be opportunities for researchers to think about how to apply these to their research. \nMembers of the Diversity in Research Group will also be attending to provide a patient and public perspective. \nFor any queries please contact Cora Reilly McGeown.
