SUMMARY:Workshop on Early HTA\, Translation and Commercialisation of Digital Health Innovations
DESCRIPTION:The Economics of Population Health Research Centre (formerly HERC)\, together with the NIHR BRC: Oxford Health and the NIHR BRC: Oxford\, invites you to attend a Workshop on Early Health Technology Assessment (HTA)\, Translation and Commercialisation of Digital Health Innovations. \nVenue: Richard Doll Lecture Theatre\, Richard Doll Building\,\nOld Road Campus\, OXFORD\, OX3 7LF \nRegister online to attend: Registration: EPH/BRC Workshop: Early HTA & Commercialisation | Online surveys \nAbout the Workshop: \nDigital health innovations—including apps\, AI tools\, online platforms and wearable technologies—offer significant opportunities to improve healthcare. However\, they present new challenges for evaluation\, implementation and commercialisation\, with decisions often needing to be made before conventional evidence is fully established. \nThis workshop will explore how early health technology assessment (HTA)\, economic evaluation and commercial considerations can be integrated to support the successful translation of digital health innovations into clinical practice. Through expert presentations and real-world case studies\, participants will discuss approaches to early evaluation\, commercialisation pathways and the scaling of digital innovations within the NHS. \nThe workshop is intended for: \n\nResearchers and theme leads from the Oxford Biomedical Research Centre and Oxford Health Biomedical Research Centre\nClinicians involved in digital innovation\nHealth economists\nAnyone with an interest in digital health evaluation\, translation and implementation\n\nClick for agenda here. \nRegister to attend: Registration: EPH/BRC Workshop: Early HTA & Commercialisation – Online Surveys | Online surveys
