Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Research & Development (R&D) Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to provide varied administrative support to the Director of R&D, the Head of R&D, and other senior team members.
Main duties of the job
- Arranging meeting and events, managing diaries, assisting with reporting processes and other duties as required
- Recording of meeting minutes, as well as the dissemination of relevant information to meeting attendees as require
- Support R&D managers with management of HealthRoster admin duties and staff leave procedures
- Respond to all queries, correspondence, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner. Initiate action where possible and report progress as appropriate. Employ judgement to ensure that messages and actions are prioritised and brought to the attention of the R&D senior management team with any relevant supporting information.
- Support with data collection, collation and processing to assist with the completion and dissemination of regular reports and data requests.
