Research Culture, EDI, and Research Inclusion survey: What we learned and what happens next

How inclusive is our research culture, and where can we improve?

More than 300 colleagues from across Oxford’s NIHR-funded research infrastructure shared their experiences in our first cross-Oxford Research Inclusion Survey in 2025.

The results provide an important snapshot of research culture, equality, diversity and inclusion, and inclusive research practice, helping us understand what’s working well and where further action is needed.

Explore the findings and learn how they will inform future improvements across our research community.
