Mental Health Research for Innovation (M-RIC), NIHR Mental Health Translational Research Collaboration (MH-TRC) Mental Health Mission (MHM) demonstrator site based in Liverpool, recently held a film screening event for their Service User and Carer Representatives (SUCRs) and public advisors.
M-RIC’s Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) team came together with patients and public research contributors to watch a documentary film featuring interviews with SUCRs and public advisors, speaking passionately about their lived experiences and why they wanted to get involved in mental health research at M-RIC.
The screening was held at the Plaza Community Cinema in Crosby, Liverpool.
