Refocus on Recovery 2025 international conference

Building on the success of Refocus on Recovery 2023, and in partnership with the Global Mental Health Peer Network, Imroc, The McPin Foundation, and Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Refocus on Recovery 2025 will provide inspiration and network space for people interested in recovery research, with an intention to appeal to new audiences.

Refocus on Recovery 2025 will feature presentations from invited keynote speakers and through selected abstracts, providing a platform for both lived experience perspectives, and empirical research studies.

The conference themes are:

  • Theme 1 – The role of lived experience in embedding and supporting recovery
  • Theme 2 – New perspectives around mental health and recovery
  • Theme 3 – Extending recovery beyond mental health
