The MHM has partnered with the NIHR Incubator for Mental Health Research to offer the GROW programme, a bespoke career development programme open to and designed for MHM early career researchers.
Applications are welcome from MHM researchers in any discipline or sector who are passionate about applied mental health research and would like support to develop their careers through:
- A vibrant and supportive network of peers
- Professional 1:1 coaching tailored to personal career development goals
- Monthly cross-disciplinary skills workshops
The GROW Programme is free to attend and is delivered by the NIHR Incubator for Mental Health Research team with contributions from MHM researchers and funded by the MHM Capacity Development workstream.
