NIHR INSIGHT: Inspiring Students into Research Round 1

The INSIGHT: Inspiring Students into Research scheme aims to attract students in registered healthcare, social work and public health professions (not including doctors and dentists) into the full range of research careers.

The scheme funds Higher Education Institutions (HEI) to showcase the range of opportunities research and research-related careers can offer to students and new graduates from a very early stage as they are starting out in their professions.

HEIs can apply for three years of funding to deliver:

  1. Innovative Engagement Programmes
  2. Research Masters Studentships

Successful applications will be provided with 3 years of funding.

There will be a webinar at 2pm on Wednesday 12 July providing an introduction to the INSIGHT: Inspiring Students into Research scheme.
